The client's brief was to create a vibrant yet practical living environment—one that integrates lifestyle amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness zones, and green pockets while maintaining strong connectivity to essential urban infrastructure. Evoca is positioned as a future-ready address that supports evolving urban lifestyles without losing the comfort of community living.
